Seven (7) days exchange policy subject for approval long as the item/s will be returned in good condition
No refund or change will be made for any exchanged item/s.
customer can only exchange item/s with the same cost or higher cost (with additional payment)

1. If you wish to cancel an order for a product, please notify us through our Asiatraders Corporation

FB Messenger. Kindly provide us the Order Number so we can check the details of your order.

2. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive message.

3.You may be eligible for a refund for the product cost, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in

our Refund Policy.
